Mid 19th Century China Trade Ivory Card Case

Fine China Trade Ivory Card Case, ca. 1850.
The exhuberant floral decoration is very intrcately carved in the classic Chinese way with a full 1/8" undercutting making each flower and vine carefully delineated. The overall effect is stunning. The Calling Card Case is in astounding condition with one crack on the top left corner. It needs no repair as it seems stable.
