This antique oak chair (circa 1890) came directly from the local United Congregational Church in Middletown R.I. The chair is carved and incised with embelishments that are not too 'churchy' making this a great hall chair or living room chair. The old red upholstery and the wood are both in very good condtion, with a great patina to the wood and what looks like original upholstery.
