From the 40's or 50's this is a yummy rich medium purple amethyst ring. This estate ring is a real gem in every sense of the word. Prong set in 10k yellow gold this daisy ring has one large oval central amethyst and 12 smaller tear drop amethysts surrounding it. The top of the ring measures 3/4" x 5/8". A sizeable ring that sits 1/4" off the finger. The gems are bright, clear and sparkly. The photos do not do this ring justice. The ring is presently a size 7 but can be sized up or down.
