Beautiful and ornate 10k yellow gold vintage ring has a gracefully intricate filigree design. The ring is prong set with three lovely oval faceted Genuine Natural mined Alexandrites. The center stone measures 5.3mmx3.8mm and weighs .45ct and each side stone measures 4.5mmx3.3mm and weighs .25ct, thus bringing the gem weight total to .95 carat.

The Alexandrites are very nice in clarity for natural stones with some very slight silkiness which doesn't detract from their beauty. They display lovely colors in all types of lighting, going from a medium seafoam emerald green in natural daylight or fluorescent lighting to a lovely periwinkle violet under incandescent light bulbs and to a soft plum under lower lights.

This is a good sized ring with the presentation measuring about 3/4 inch across. This type of ring needs no diamonds to enhance its beauty. The ring is in very good condition for an older ring and is about a size 8 but could be resized by a jeweler.
